This master bathroom isn’t big on size but the homeowners wanted a calm relaxing master bathroom. We helped make the most of this space with an enlarged shower and light finishes.
Out with the oak and in with the new! A new white maple vanity cabinet and a over-the-toilet storage cabinet are a bright refreshing change for this space. Gorgeous white tile with a gray marble pattern to the ceiling helps to visually enlarge this shower. However, we did absorb unused bump out space from the original layout and we were able to add a bench, which every spa shower needs. Eye catching sliced pebble mosaic tiles were used for the shower pan along with a black linear drain to continue that spa feel under your toes. We also designed a handy, functional shower niche which added organized storage for those much needed personal care items.
A beautiful new sliding shower glass enclosure with matte black hardware compliments all of the other matte black plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware, etc. creating a high contrast against all the white just as the homeowner had envisioned.
White quartz countertops with a touch of warm gray veining was added to the vanity countertop, shower threshold cap, bench seat and niche sill for that professional custom touch. The new wall paint called Sea Salt (even the name sounds like a spa), new lighting, and LVP flooring helped to complete the design. A new barn door frees up space in the bathroom and now we have a bright spa-like master bathroom to help start any day off right.
