At Twin Leaf, we understand that a remodel is both an exciting and challenging journey. Our goal is to make the experience as smooth as possible, guiding you step-by-step with clear and honest communication, no matter the project’s scope.
We have designed a tailored approach to provide outstanding results. We focus on making the experience smooth and stress-free, guiding you every step of the way with clear, open communication—— Here’s an outline of how our process ensures your vision is realized, from start to finish.
Phase 1 - Consultation & Design
Complimentary Consultation
After our initial phone consultation, we can meet at your home to discuss your vision, ideas, budget, and timelines. If we’re aligned, we’ll review costs and steps for moving to the Design Phase. A good faith payment is made at Professional Service Agreement signing, which schedules the designer’s time and is applied to the final cost if you proceed with the Construction Phase.
Proposal & Design Phase
With a signed Professional Service Agreement, our design team confirms measurements and structural obstacles and begins to create a unique and professional design for your home/project with 3D renderings, a detailed scope of work, and material selections based on an agreed-upon range of cost for the project.
Fixed Price Contract
We will present your entire project, scope of work, specific materials chosen, detailed renderings, and a fixed price construction agreement with payment schedule, based on the design and selections that you selected.
Phase 2 - Construction
Preparation
With a signed Contract and material deposit, we order materials and create an online project schedule. We give you access to view the individual segments of work and timelines using our TeamGantt software.
Construction Phase
We stay in touch and keep you updated on material delivery dates and when we will be starting construction. Our on-site project manager will begin working with you to prepare your home for the remodel and keep you updated every step of the way in line with the project schedule you have access to.
Completion
Your dream has become a reality as we finalize your project down to the last detail and professionally clean your house so you can enjoy your new space for many years to come. We sign a certificate of completion and collect your final payment which begins the warranty phase. We come to personally thank you and take stunning after photos to showcase your remodel in our online gallery.
