Exciting Colorful Kitchen Remodel!

This builder grade kitchen was ready for a serious renovation, particularly after unfortunate water damage and the homeowners wanted to turn their new kitchen into a space where they could combine a unique color scheme they love.

Bright white stacked cabinets now go to the ceiling with beautiful glass upper doors, designed for the perimeter wall & base cabinets, including a tall pantry cabinet that replaced a old pantry closet.  Tall navy cabinetry was designed for the the tall built-in microwave/oven appliances & we moved the refrigerator into the same space for better flow.  We took out the old slim two-tiered island and replaced it with a large six seat functional island featuring custom teal cabinetry, new single bowl sink, dishwasher and lots of additional storage even on the back side of the island.  The old desk space by the back door was replaced with custom built benches in the same teal paint as the island, and provides seating for the dinette table including additional hidden storage.

The highlight of this new kitchen is the random set white, navy and teal subway tile backsplash that carries on the color scheme and ties all of the cabinetry colors into a fun, bold, feature wall.  A new cooktop, sleek stainless steel hood and under cabinet lighting complete the overall look and function for this prep and cook space.

The gorgeous seamless quartz countertop has a cool background with shimmering silver specks that adds just the right amount of sophistication to this new kitchen.  A new custom walk-in pantry was built in place of an old pass through to the dining room.  So, behind the frosted glass door is a pantry that includes lots of white adjustable shelves, navy blue base cabinetry with drawers, roll-out trays, a butcher block countertop and the same teal paint color was used for the wall paint continuing with the overall theme of the renovation.

New Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, lighting, stainless fixtures and fresh paint complete the remodel.  The color scheme of White, Navy & Teal (with just a touch of red accessories), created a functional space where this family loves to cook, eat and entertain, leaving all with a big friendly warm smile!
