These homeowners had a great walk out basement space they were looking to turn into a short term rental full of amenities. This large open area had just a tiny alcove bar but now it’s a complete kitchenette and hidden laundry closet for all of their travelers needs! We built out the back wall with a generous pantry closet and all of the appliances their guests could need. A full size refrigerator, induction cooktop and state of the art microwave are built into beautiful rich warm stained base maple cabinets with clean and bright contrasting white maple wall cabinets. Classic white quartz countertops and glossy mulit-toned white backsplash tile provide a luxurious feel but are strong enough to hold up to tenants for years to come. The large island provides room for the sink, dishwasher and pull-out trash while serving as a breakfast bar or a great place to gather after a day out exploring. Durable luxury vinyl plank floors throughout the space are easy to clean and maintain while providing an upscale and inviting foundation for this family sized rental that features a full living room open to the kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bath along with a private entrance off this walkout level back yard.
