Embracing Open Concept Kitchen!

Prepare to be captivated by the dramatic changes we’ve made to this kitchen space!  Our latest remodel focuses on enhancing openness and functionality, creating an environment that’s as inviting as it is practical.

We’ve broken down barriers by removing walls between the formal dining room and the floating living room walls, instantly opening up the kitchen to the rest of the main level and expanding the new remodeled kitchen into the old formal dining room.  Nope, we didn’t add square footage!  We closed off the dining room window but kept the other two windows in their same location and still maintained a new dining room table area.  The result?  A large functional kitchen with a seamless transition that promotes effortless flow and encourages interaction between spaces.

Gone are the days of separate rooms and darkness!  We’ve opted for a clean, white palette with sleek cabinets and classic multi-toned white subway tile backsplash with a framed herringbone accent inlay above the range.  A large 30″ wide pantry with roll-trays and a custom built over-the-counter microwave space add to the function of this new kitchen.

A bold statement piece, our dark wood accent island steals the spotlight, anchoring the room with its striking presence.  Not only does it provide additional storage and workspace, but it also serves as a focal point that draws the eye and adds depth and contrast to the design.  The large island provides plenty of seating, serving, and work space with over 10 feet of countertop.

Beautiful white quartz with warm brown veins brings the white and slate cabinets together in a sophisticated way.

Underfoot, you’ll find brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, exuding warmth and sophistication.  Its durable yet luxurious texture not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also ensures easy maintenance for years to come.  New warm gray paint, new taller freshly painted baseboards and new 12×24 window seat tile completes the design finishes.

With walls out of the way, the kitchen now feels expansive, welcoming and amplifies natural light.   Whether you’re preparing a meal or entertaining guests, you’ll appreciate the newfound sense of freedom and connection that our redesigned layout offers adding the perfect amount of “timeless elegance.”
