After Bathroom Remodel Colorado SpringsTwin Leaf Kitchens & Interiors

Cute Bungalow Remodel!

We previously remodeled the kitchen in this charming Patty Jewett bungalow style home and the home owner asked us to update the bathroom and mud room as well.

We removed the old pedestal sink and worn out cabinetry for a new vanity cabinet with quartz countertop, undermount sink and a new cabinet over the toilet in a grey shaker style.

We replaced the tub with a new walk in shower with tile to the ceiling and a decorative herringbone accent row to compliment the charcoal hexagon floor tile plus a matching quartz bench top, curb and wall ledge for all of those toiletries. The classic black and white style is carried throughout the bathroom with new wall tile in place of the old bead board and matte black fixtures. The glass door helps to open the space and make it feel larger.

We converted the 2 entry doors to sliding barn doors to free up the space within the bathroom and prevent having to go around or close the doors to access the room.

We also updated the entry mud room in the home to properly serve its purpose with both a coat cabinet and a storage cabinet.  Plus, we added a shiplap wall with coat hooks, a butcher block counter top, bench area and matching shelves. The white shaker cabinets with black hardware and new dark charcoal Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring preserve the theme throughout the home.
