Small but WOW Kitchen Update!

The existing kitchen had bland builder grade cabinets and the homeowners were ready for a major update! Slight changes to the layout allow more space and functionality within the same small U-shaped area. We moved the refrigerator down away from the corner and added tall pantry cabinets on the opposite wall to give more working space around the sink and range area plus added much needed storage.

 

Clean simple linen white shaker cabinets with cove molding brighten and heighten the space. Fun textured mosaic dark gray backsplash tile is a strong and attractive contrast against the white cabinets and ties into the gorgeous new quartz countertop which has dark gray veining running through it.  The same quartz window sill,  large single bowl medium gray undermount sink along with a brushed pewter faucet and pewter cabinet hardware continue with this achromatic color scheme.   

 

All new stainless steel appliances, fresh paint, and new light stained hardwood flooring, that extend from the rest of the home, now turn this small beige kitchen into a WOW, sleek, modern pleasing environment that you want to be in.
